Even during a global pandemic, work to ensure the safety and well-being of our children has not stopped.
While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted in all of our QBOW facilities, the virus remains active in our communities.
We continue to be diligent in ensuring the most appropriate safety precautions are in place while we conduct our work. This includes wearing masks in all QBOW facilities and offices.
As you know, the provincial government has re-introduced a number of health and safety measures to address rising COVID-19 and hospitalization rates. The province also implemented a vaccine passport on October 1st.
Please be sure to follow the new rules so that we can stop the spread of COVID-19 within our province. Please get tested if you have any COVID-19 symptoms and get the vaccine if you have not already done so.
Thank you to everyone – our staff, management team and Board of Directors – for your hard work and flexibility during this very challenging time. It has been a journey of learning and transition, to ensure that the important work that we do has been delivered with quality and diligence in the safest way possible.
