The Legacy Box Project

The Legacy Box Project is bringing together Elders to guide the communities we serve in creating legacy boxes that will include items to help children in care learn who they are and where they come from, and that they are precious gifts who are loved.

Prevention Services

Our goal is to keep families together.

The core components of our prevention programs and services for children, youth and parents on reserve focus on family and kinship bonding, cultural reinforcement, mental health and community support.

Protection Services

Our goal is to keep children safe in their communities.

We use processes including Structure Decision Making assessment tools to determine the most appropriate services for our children and families. We believe culture and tradition are part of the healing process in keeping families intact and in the reunification of families.

Short Term Community Homes

Our goal is the reunification of the family unit.

Our Homes provide a structured and therapeutic environment and support services using standardized practices.
